  • Six-month comprehensive strategic planning project for a construction industry trade association
  • Designed and facilitated various nonprofit board of directors workshops focused on strategic planning and board capacity building in development
  • Identified, cultivated and prepared a grant application for a US-based humanitarian NGO client that successfully won a $465,000 corporate foundation grant. The grant funded a sustainable agriculture project serving rural farmers in Vietnam
